Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be arranged — just message the host in advance.
Yes, free on-street parking is available directly in front of the property. São Filipe is a small, quiet town and parking is never an issue.
Casinha Nova sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. Infants in a travel cot are not counted toward the maximum. A cot is available on request for an additional fee.
Airport transfer is available as an optional add-on during booking (€10 per journey). São Filipe Airport is approximately 10 minutes from the property by car.
Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
